Got a top quality, beautifully built PC. As a builder that does not have the time to track down parts I can confidently recommend META. The time and effort in the build is clear. It is clean and tight the cabling could not be any better. I wanted to give a personal recognition for my contact with META sales…NOAH…honesty he sealed my love for META. I spoke with NOAH multiple times, he did everything to help me and turn around an issue well before it became a dissatisfaction. NOAH was not my sales person but when I called he answered. I had some issue with UPS and I tell you NOAH was more upset than I was, like it was his own baby. He followed through and delivered exactly what he promised…. following up until it was in my hands, on the original promised day…even called me that night just to be sure I was fully happy. When an employee cares so much for the brand they work for… you know you are in the right place. Past that I had a technical issue immediately. At first start-up…nothing but a screen of artifacts. NOAH, again as mentioned called me to be sure I had received everything ok…..and this dude…was instantly able to diag my issue. I have a Samsung oddesy g9 from the Black Friday sale…. I don’t believe he is tech support even but he said it immediately… it’s the DP Cable. There are so many levels and Samsung ships OLDER VERSION DP cables….the high 50 series cards need a better DP cable. Run it on hdmi if you have a known good….to be sure it’s working and get through set up in case support needs to remote in. The hdmi worked, got the newer version DP cable and the next day that fully solved my problem. Wow. Is all I can say. I fully recommend META, customer service is alive and well there. They exceeded expectations and Noah is a true asset he personally made me a customer for life.

I recently reached out to them to inquire if they worked on repairs, and yes they do. My computer was feeling it's age and needed some expert assistance. I was told to bring it in and they would diagnose it, which they did promptly too. Needless to say, I had an absolutely fantastic experience getting my computer repaired! Cooper, the technician was incredibly knowledgeable, taking the time to walk me through the issue in a way that was easy to understand. I've been wanting to step up to pc from xbox for a while now but as I only play rocket league and am very computer illiterate. I was very hesitant on making the move. After seeing the meta pc ads and not to far from me I had to stop in. Everyone at the Gilbert location was very professional and happy to answer all my stupid questions. Even though they suggested the Flux model would be more then enough for me, I couldn't resist buying the Ember Frost XL. It's absolutely beautiful and has everything I'll ever need. Walked into Meta PC’s this last week and walked out with 2 awesome systems. One pre build and one custom. Justin our sales rep was very knowledgeable. Having never used a PC of this caliber I was lost on what I should get. Justin walked me through what is the best one for the best price. Not trying to sell me the most expensive, nor assuming I need a cheap PC I will have to replace soon. After that he worked with my son to get him parts that they had to order to customize the computer to my sons exact specifications. Being in Sales leadership, I was very impressed in the way business was conducted. Meta PCs tailored a very high-powered computer for my flight simulator, enabling me to install and run all the required software and peripheral hardware. It's a beast!! Fast, scalable, and extensible, with a great optional extended warranty. Love it!!

This is my first ever time reviewing a company and let me tell you ! It only are they incredible with customer service . They went above and beyond on packaging and shipping my PC . When it came to me it was ready to go out of the box . Cable management was professional , the case is beautiful and they even left me a personal note thanking me for supporting them ! I was so proud of this company I told all my friends who are Nurses and they had to have the same pc ! So we couldn’t find it on their site due to inventory but they worked with us and set my buddy up anyways . I hope they continue doing well and I’ll continue to trust my referrals over to them :)

Full experience was great only “issue” I have is there inventory does not update over night so if you order after hours don’t expect for it to be available the next day.

Bought a computer from META PC about two months ago, I was having some software issues with my computer the past few days, I'm not very tech savvy so I was totally clueless on how to proceed. I called customer service and Dominic walked me through every step of the process of how to fix my computer. Not only did he stay on the phone with me for over an hour to make sure my issues were resolved. He was also very understanding of my situation and answered any question I had. I also had someone reach out to me this morning to make sure all my issues were still resolved. I cannot rave or thank Dominic and the META PC customer service team enough, they've earned a life long customer. Appreciate META PC and the whole team, much love from one very satisfied customer!

Exceeded all expectations. Picked up my order at the Phoenix location and was helped by Kenny. He set up Windows in-store for me and walked me through the software associated with my gpu and rgb parts. He answered any questions I had and then even carted the pc over to my car. I requested them to install a cpu cooler on a motherboard something odd as it was a simple job but just something I couldn’t do. They were able to finish it in under 5 minutes. Great staff and environment was great too.

Trying to find a 5090 has been terrible. I found these guys through YouTube, called them, they answered, and even though they were extremely busy all day, we got the entire deal wrapped up in 1 hour. Cooper and Justin are amazing, I strongly suggest doing business with this company. Also, I'm not even in Arizona, I did all of this from Oregon. My hand was held the entire time, and with patience. They helped me build my PC from scratch. Happy customer! Update: Since i got my computer, i had an issue with a Diablo 2. Something with the settings in game. I called and Victor and Brendan helped me out right away. Jumped on my computer after we went through some preliminary steps. Figured it out, and got me running smooth again. Love the customer service, thanks for the help guys.

I came in to the Gilbert store to get a computer fixed that couldn’t be fixed. I ended up buying a refurbished computer for a decent price. The staff was knowledgeable, helpful and easy to work with patiently answering all my questions and addressing all my concerns. I highly recommend Meta PC to anyone needing repair or one of their exceptional hand built gaming computers. You won’t regret it.
