I agree to the Affiliate Agreement

By signing up for this affiliate referral program understand that Affiliate is not an employee, legal representative or partner of META PC. Nothing in the Affiliate Program shall be deemed to create any kind of agency relationship between Affiliate and META PC. Affiliate has no authority to represent META PC, contract on behalf of META PC or bind META PC contractually in any way. META PC may, in its unilateral business judgment, withhold awards or commissions where it believes that the Affiliate is acting in bad faith or otherwise acting contrary to the intent of this program. Commission will be paid, if deemed valid, the first Friday of the next month after full payment has been received by META PC on the full referred sale. Sales which are returned or charged back by credit card will have any attached commission reversed or deducted from the Affiliate's account. Notwithstanding anything else in any agreement between META PC and Affiliate, META PC may cancel this affiliate relationship between META PC and Affiliate upon 30 days written notice of cancellation, after which time Affiliate will not be entitled to any residual income of any kind related to the prior affiliate relationship.

The term of this Agreement will be 6months from the date of agreement, and will be continued on at at-will basis from both parties.

Affiliate agrees and covenants that Affiliate will not at any time make, publish or communicate to any person or entity or in any public forum any defamatory or disparaging remarks, comments, or statements concerning META PC or its Affiliates, or their businesses, or any of their Influencers, agents, influencers, or officers. This does not, in any way, restrict or impede Affiliate from exercising protected rights to the extent that such rights cannot be waived by agreement or from complying with any applicable law or regulation or a valid order of a court of competent jurisdiction or an authorized government agency, provided that such compliance does not exceed that required by the law, regulation, or order.
