Is heard about Meta PCs from some You Tubers I follow, and since my old computer was *extremely* old and slow, I decided to give them a try. Everything from ordering, shipping, and setup was smooth and awesome. The PC itself is amazing. Great company--don't go anywhere else!

If you want a custom built PC, but don't to learn how to or if you think it's too much for you, META PCs should be very high up in where to get them. Their expertise on top of the various sales and deals they offer makes them second to none. Almost a year now and I'm still blown away.

I heard about MetaPcs from Nerdrotic and Geeks & Gamers. I usually build my own computers, but I got tired of trying to maintain them myself, so I decided to get a prebuilt PC. I've thoroughly enjoyed my MetaPc, so much so that I bough two more for my boys. Thanks MetaPc.

It was time for me to upgrade my PC and I’m so thankful I found Meta PCs. I went to their Gilbert location in Arizona and was greeted with the most friendly service I had ever seen. I chose my PC specifications and they told me it would take 7-10 business days before my PC would be ready for pickup, which it was. Once it was ready for pickup, they politely showed me some features on my PC and asked if there was anything I needed before my departure. I recommend this place highly for anyone interested in upgrading or getting a new PC. Thank you so much to the people there for the amazing experience! I will come back.

I was in the market for a new PC and I saw an ad for META PCs and I decided to give them a call. Drew was very helpful! He helped me pick out the right PC. I drove more than 3 hours to get the store. I bought a prebuilt PC & it works PERFECT. Will update if anything goes south but I have been putting it through heavy work loads and it’s still elite. I was skeptical to buy a prebuilt but once I saw that the reviews on this store were not bots I knew that it would be good. 2 day shipping was true to its word. Loving my new PC!!!

After endless issues with our son’s year old gaming PC, we went to Meta PCs in Gilbert for diagnostics. After a lengthy, thorough process we decided to trade in the PC and put the credit toward a new, custom build PC which is currently working wonderfully. Our son is very happy with it and we are pleasantly surprised with the outstanding level of customer service and quality of Meta PCs. Kudos to META PCs for a well-packaged build that arrived undamaged when it was shipped to my residence. Customer support was excellent in replacing a failed CPU component in my system that occurred several weeks later. Their response time in resolving the issue and returning my rig back to me was very good. My main gripe is that my build didn't contain some important cable color customizations that the salesman (Drew) and I had discussed and arranged during my initial parts selections. This was a huge disappointment because the color scheme is important to me. Also, I paid a total of $4,963 for my system, and I feel that the default one year warranty was a bit short IMO. As the warranty expiration date approaches, I sometimes worry how things will go should I need repairs. Nevertheless, I am satisfied with the overall transaction and recommended META PCs. Update: META PCs reached out to me and extended my warranty to 3 years. This just goes to show that they really care about their customers, and I am highly appreciative of this gesture.

Outstanding customer service. I mentioned budget and intended use and within seconds was making my purchase. These guys are thinking years ahead when they build their systems. The lifetime service support is a huge relief knowing they will be there to aid in any issues.

I've purchased multiple PCs from META, the latest being a custom build with a pickup at the Gilbert location. Staff was amazing, they set it up, walked me through installed software, checked specs and drives, and helped me pack it up. I had a slight issue when I got it home and they were quick to fix it with no extra charge. I had an extra drive at home which they were quick to install for me as well for free. These guys are great!

Walked in gave them what I was looking for. 30 mins later walking out with the PC. PC runs like a dream everything I am throwing at it it's performing better then unexpected. Service was great and the machine is great. What else can we ask for. And a side note Justin was awesome rep.

I walked in and their setup is so cool. They know their stuff and are super friendly. I wasn’t even planning on going in till I just saw it and was immediately greeted and asked how I could be helped. I wasn’t going to buy anything but I ended up walking out with 2 fans😂 10/10 would recommend.

Overall, they are good at this, they know their stuff. I brought my DIY desktop in, as it isn't booting up. They diagnosed the issue to the wires at fault, so I got them to change to the organised wires customisation that they offered in multiple colours. I had asked for some recommendations, but didn't hear anything back, only that things have been fixed up and ready for collection. They are situated just off I-10, so it's quite accessible.

Meta PCs did a great job! I was looking for a system for my 16-year old son for Christmas 2023. In several chats with the very helpful staff guided to me a system for my son. It arrived in a timely fashion. The packing was almost bulletproof. Set up was easy and my son loves it. I will be returning to Meta for a new system for me. I highly recommend Meta PCs!

I bought a computer from them online for 2400 bucks and it has been working awesome. Im not tech savvy by any means and it was easy to get set up and running. Very responsive customer service. Computer runs like a champ with games and video editing and VR.

I was going to go with another COmpany but they didn't offer what I wants. I got a bad a$$ Hyte Y70 Touch case with all the goodies, Theye were very helpfull with things I eeded help and kep me informed throught he whole proocess.

What can I say I LOVE my computer. I had a custom one built and it was better than I could have imagined it could be. I had great help through the process with Chris and Drew. They worked with me on the design, and I had great communication though out the process. I even changed a few things at the last minute which they accommodated me with no problem. When picking up my custom computer I had great help at pick up, Justin did an awesome job showing me everything I needed to know. I have had my computer for a bit now and it can do everything and then some what a gamer's dream. I loved their service so much when my business computer went down, I went and got another one from Meta. Trogdor was a great help and was able to answer all my questions and got me into a computer that was just right for work . If anyone needs a Gaming computer and wants honest help in making your decision on what you need, they can do it because they won't sale you something just to sale it. Definitely worth your time and money.

Honestly, this place is great! When I got there, they were honest with me and gave me good deals, and they let me know which pc would be suitable for my games. Justin, drew, and Kyle were very helpful. Kyle was very patient with us, and he even helped carry my pc out to the car. I really recommend

As I shopped for a new pc i was a bit overwhelmed with the process as there are so many that claim to be the best, we use the best parts, or we have the best prices well I can tell you this as I guy that looked at lots of pcs META is the best Drew is AWESOME he did not try to over sell me on things i did not need he just acted like it was no big deal if I purchased or not and by that i mean there was no pressure to buy he spent well over an hour with me until I was ready to buy if you need a PC don't buy anything but the best for yourself buy a META PC or don't buy a pc at all you won't be sorry I know I'm not

This place is amazing! I had been looking for months for my grand daughter. Confused on options. Drew, Justin and Kyle were fantastic.
