I have visited several times over for both minor issues and major ones. Not once have I been disappointed by their service. I got my PC from them almost two years ago now. Everyone there knows PCs in & out; if you call you aren't just getting any random customer service receiver, you're getting someone who knows what it is you're asking for and then some. Shout out to Justin also, great guy who helped me out with a really (and literal) small issue with securing a m.2 mounting screw Highly recommend. Especially since the PC gaming market is relatively obscure in Arizona, especially in Phoenix.

I purchased a prebuilt computer over a year ago. Recently I ran into an issue when I got a second monitor. I reached out to customer service and have been blown away by the level of response. This is my first PC build from Meta PC’s and the choice was a good one. It is clearly evident that I will be using them for all my future PC considerations. My build was completed sooner than expected and the customer service was great. My computer is absolutely beautiful, performs flawlessly, and was very decently priced for what I wanted. I will definitely recommend Meta PC’s to friends and family who have interests in new PC builds.

I dropped off my PC for a case swap and additional storage addition. These gentlemen were welcoming and very communicative on the updates while the PC was getting worked on. They also answered a bunch of questions I had about future upgrades with ease. I will definitely be coming back to them for any future work. Y'all are awesome!

Decided to make the switch from console (ps5) to pc after being tired of getting nickle and dimed just to still be slower lol and meta pc hooked it up! Came in to get my pc problems looked at. I was in a very short time crunch as I was moving within a couple days out of state so wanted to get it looked at asap. The guys there were able to push it forward and get me a replacement part all within a day and problem got solved. I even offered to pay more for pushing it up and they refused to let me pay more. Amazing team and really friendly and knowledgeable !!! I’m hitting up meta pcs for everything in the future

I had my wife stop by to see if MetaPC could run a diagnostic on my computer to see what was causing the crashing. They were able to not only diagnose the issue, but were able to repair the issue in the same day. Customer service was friendly and professional. Went in for a fresh new PC build. Been looking to upgrade for a while. I mainly wanted a computer for work and gaming. The staff there were quick to help, they helped me pick out the parts, showed me what the best options were and helped gauge the prices. When it was all said and done they started the building process, they kept in touch the whole time and gave updates. The PC came out beautifully. Can't recommend them enough!

Justin did an awesome job helping me with my custom build. I wanted a pretty simple, all blacked out build and Justin did an awesome job helping me get the right parts for a great looking and performing build. It's been a few months now and I'm still loving the new PC. Finally able to get 120 FPS at higher graphics settings and it's making gaming fun again.

Ordered a ready to ship PC and was blown away by the quality and care these guys put into everything. Out of the box was able to play my games the way they were intended and it's been going strong for over a year now. So good, I went back and bought my wife her first gaming rig, and same deal, excellent all around.

From the get go, everyone was super friendly and helpful. Picking it up was painless, set up was fine. I did end up having issues with the PC locking up at idle that I was struggling to troubleshoot myself but they were fast with trying to troubleshoot on their end and when we realized my work schedule really didn't align with their repair team they offered to do a 1:1 swap to make it quick. I knew the issue could be one of three things and I asked them checked out my new pc before I took it home to make sure I didn't have any issues and the employee got the owner to check it out since the techs were gone. Owner was straight to the point and friendly and also didn't make me feel dumb or like I didn't know what I was talking about and as a chick talking about a computer that always a big big plus. They also called me the next day to make sure I didn't have any issues once I got home and got it set up.

I was able to buy my first ever PC Gaming tower with the help from Justin. I will definitely suggest going there and asking him for his assistance. The process was smooth and I was able to get what works best for me. Thank you Justin and thank you META PC!!!

We went in to price a tower for my son's birthday. The staff were so welcoming and took the time to make sure that we were able to fill my son's birthday wish and walk out with what we wanted for him. Financing was quick and within minutes we were approved. The smile on my son's face was priceless and was so happy that he was able to have a system like the professionals have. I like the fact that the staff said that if anything goes wrong we can call, text, or come on in for them to take a look. This was an amazing experience thanks MetaPC in Phoenix for making my son's wish come true.

I walked into the Phoenix store and was greeted immediately by Noah and he helped me find the pc I found on a Facebook ad, and through the whole interaction Noah was very friendly and professional and in the end I walked away with a fully set up pretty neat gaming laptop. After upgrading my PC for the 5th time, I ran into an issue I had no idea how to fix. Within 2 minutes of being in the store the problem was identified and resolved. They did not make me pay, did not make me wait, and even gave me tips on my future upgrades. I cannot express enough how quickly problem was resolved and how kind they were about it. Highly recommend coming here if you’re stuck on a build, looking to get a new build, or just looking for some solid computer knowledge. 10/10

This computer was purchased for my Granddaughter, she has a serious love of games. Spends most of her free time on it. Which makes this Grama happy I always know where she is😁
