I had wanted a good gaming PC for a while now and have been seeing MetaPC ads for a long time! Once I learned they were local to Phoenix and had multiple showrooms nearby I knew I was going to have to go check them out when it was finally time to purchase! I finally got enough money recently for the PC I wanted and went to their Phoenix showroom and I couldn't be happier with my experience! The guys over there were really awesome and helped me walk out the same day with my brand new PC! Highly recommend for anyone in the market for a great PC!

Awesome experience with the team, they helped me pick something out that works with parts I already have. They even made sure it wouldn’t bottleneck with those parts! They gave me some future proof options for if I wanted to upgrade later on as well. Highly recommend calling and talking to them if you’re looking for a new pc or even just an upgrade!

The computer repairman, salesman told me options since my computer was old, and wondered whether I should buy a refurbished computer, but he did not pressure me. He methodically repaired it, replacing many parts and he was very reasonable cost wise. I'll be back some day. Awesome job, interaction!! Blessings!!!

I received outstanding service! My water-cooled PC was leaking, and the team at META PCs fixed it quickly while keeping me informed every step of the way. They’re incredibly people-focused and go out of their way to make you feel comfortable and taken care of. Other PC stores turned me away as soon as they heard I had a water-cooled system, but META PCs welcomed me with open arms and treated my issue with care. I’ll definitely be coming back!

I was new to pc as of September and I gave meta pc’s a try. I have seen them on tictok and liked the videos they posted. My first pc was the BLAYZE and I fell in love with the system but wanted more for my setup I was trying to accomplish. I upgraded a few months later to the RUTHLESS. They made trade in so easy and gave me the specs I was looking for! A few months later I wanted to change up my case and try a different cpu! Meta was there to guide me the whole way thru every process with professional advice and more than awesome customer service! I brought my son's gaming laptop here to get a refresh on storage and memory. The crew did a fantastic job upgrading the SSD drive and memory modules. They kept us updated on the progress the entire time, which was very nice; no guessing on the status! Fair pricing, extremely knowledgeable, and very friendly. Meta PCs has always done right by me. I had an issue with a computer they sold to me and when I told them what was wrong, they asked questions to further understand. Once I dropped my PC off, they got back to me after a few days and spoke about what was wrong and why it happened. They even took a few hours to play Monster Hunter Wilds to see if they could get it to crash again after finding the fix and called me every 30 minutes to give an update. Great customer service!

Shoutout to Cooper and Marcus. Brought my PC in with some boot issues, and Marcus initially ran some quick diagnostics to try and rule some things out for free, thinking it was the MOBO. Unfortunately had to bring it back in a couple days in later and leave it with them to check a little more in depth, turned out the CPU had died (shoutout Cooper for his help). Appreciated their extended help alongside fair pricing. Definitely would come back if I experienced future issues I needed help troubleshooting.

Nothing but great things to say about META PCS. The site is easy to go through and updates what you're building as you go. Delivery was fast and set-up was designed and well detailed enough that non-technical savy people (like myself) will be up and running quickly. Staff is incredibly friendly and quick to respond to questions and issues. My recent purchase had an item missing and Brendan was quick to fix the issue and have the item on the way while leaving a voicemail and a couple of emails stating the issue was being handled and quickly resolved. (I've worked customer service for 20+ years and have never seen a company so quick to professionally assist their customers). I will be a returning customer for sure!

So far ive bought 2 prebuilts from meta pc, the first time I didn't know much and the guys there helped me decide everything I need and what will work with my budget at that time. Dude to the wonderful service, I decided to buy my second build there. It was Phenomenal, everyone there is kind and ready to help at the drop of a hat, some of the prices may seem high given cost of parts but its the absolute quality of the build you get, perfect cable management, great packaging, and they don't skimp you with any extras they may not have used. You get get them all in the box if ever needed. I cant see myself or recommending anyone else go anywhere but here for any prebuild or custom build pc needs.

Fantastic service! I called Meta PCs when my laptop fritzed. I wanted a comparable replacement and data transfer. Marcus took the time to walk me thru some great options within my budget. The crew at Meta (Marcus, Cooper, Dominic et al) worked expeditiously to assemble the rig and took great care with my data. I made some changes during the build and their communication was excellent. Within 48hrs I was up and running right where I left off before the crash. Rig has been running like a champ. Couldn't be more satisfied with the level of professionalism. I recently received a custom built PC from Meta PCs about a month ago. I am very pleased with the PC. Build quality is top notch. Cable management is superb as well. The machine has been running flawlessly since I received it. Customer service was amazing as well. They always responded back to any questions and/or concerns I had during the build process. I requested that they send me the boxes of the components that were used in the build and they fulfilled that request for me as well. One thing to keep in mind is to be patient. Time from placing the order and having it shipped out was close to a month. This did not bother me since I want to make sure they are doing extensive testing and QC checks to ensure that the PC is operating 100% as it should. I would definitely recommend this company if you are looking for a pre-built PC. They are a bit more expensive than other system integrators I have looked up but the product speaks for itself. The only thing I did not like (cosmetic not performance) was the META sticker that was on the case. I understand why they put it on (for branding) but I like my PCs clean. Not a huge thing and I was able to remove it. The complete experience was excellent and would use META PC to build another PC in the future if I did not build it myself. I am not a fan of tons of RGB. That's why the fans and AIO lights are turned off.

I am defaulting to 5 stars rather than 4 because, even though I have gripes, the gripes are minor. The biggest downside is the cost of the machine. It felt inflated by a couple hundred bucks compared to similar machines from other vendors. The second downside and that there were some configuration issues my first few days with a touch screen panel on the Y70 case I ordered. Victor helped me solve the issue but to take a new very expensive PC out of the box and it doesn't work is a major let-down. The third con was that during the configuration process on the website you were often only given vague descriptions of some items like "White 9700 XT" for the video card but there are a dozen OEMs of video cards so this was a little concerning. OEMs are definitely not made the same so I am a little wary of this ambiguity. The last small pain point is that unlike most other PC vendors and boutique builders, Meta didn't give free shipping. Still, at the end of the day these are minor enough to proceed to the 5 stars rather than 4. Everything else you could think of to grade a PC and build service on is fantastic! The build quality provides a stable machine, the minimal bloatware on Windows (super pristine!), the cable management is superb, the packaging was solid, the shipping, the before delivery experience, and Victor from support successfully helped me get everything up and running with the touch screen, even calling me back for a follow up. As they say: Everything is Awesome!
