1-Year Hardware Warranty:
META PCs come with a comprehensive 1-year hardware warranty. This ensures that your computer is free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one year from the date of purchase. If you encounter any issues with the hardware during this period, we’ll repair or replace the affected components at no cost to you.

Optional 2 or 3-Year Hardware Warranty:
For added peace of mind, META PCs offers the flexibility to choose between a 2-year or 3-year hardware warranty at the time of purchase. This extended coverage allows you to enjoy the same level of protection for an additional one or two years beyond the standard warranty.

Shipping Information:
For the first 30 days from the date of purchase, META PCs will cover the cost of shipping for any warranty-related service. After this initial period, the customer is responsible for the cost of shipping if the computer needs to be sent in for service.
Please note that the extended warranty must be purchased at the time of sale and cannot be added after the initial purchase. The warranty is applicable to the original purchaser and any hardware purchased from META PCs and is non-transferable.
