I want to thank Justin over at Meta PC in Phoenix, he hooked me up with a 5080 Desktop, which I am super happy with. He took the time to answer every single question I had, from the basic to the common sense ones that I didnt know myself. Fantastic service! I called Meta PCs when my laptop fritzed. I wanted a comparable replacement and data transfer. Marcus took the time to walk me thru some great options within my budget. The crew at Meta (Marcus, Cooper, Dominic et al) worked expeditiously to assemble the rig and took great care with my data. I made some changes during the build and their communication was excellent. Within 48hrs I was up and running right where I left off before the crash. Rig has been running like a champ. Couldn't be more satisfied with the level of professionalism. I recently received a custom built PC from Meta PCs about a month ago. I am very pleased with the PC. Build quality is top notch. Cable management is superb as well. The machine has been running flawlessly since I received it. Customer service was amazing as well. They always responded back to any questions and/or concerns I had during the build process. I requested that they send me the boxes of the components that were used in the build and they fulfilled that request for me as well. One thing to keep in mind is to be patient. Time from placing the order and having it shipped out was close to a month. This did not bother me since I want to make sure they are doing extensive testing and QC checks to ensure that the PC is operating 100% as it should. I would definitely recommend this company if you are looking for a pre-built PC. They are a bit more expensive than other system integrators I have looked up but the product speaks for itself. The only thing I did not like (cosmetic not performance) was the META sticker that was on the case. I understand why they put it on (for branding) but I like my PCs clean. Not a huge thing and I was able to remove it. The complete experience was excellent and would use META PC to build another PC in the future if I did not build it myself. I am not a fan of tons of RGB. That's why the fans and AIO lights are turned off.

I am defaulting to 5 stars rather than 4 because, even though I have gripes, the gripes are minor. The biggest downside is the cost of the machine. It felt inflated by a couple hundred bucks compared to similar machines from other vendors. The second downside and that there were some configuration issues my first few days with a touch screen panel on the Y70 case I ordered. Victor helped me solve the issue but to take a new very expensive PC out of the box and it doesn't work is a major let-down. The third con was that during the configuration process on the website you were often only given vague descriptions of some items like "White 9700 XT" for the video card but there are a dozen OEMs of video cards so this was a little concerning. OEMs are definitely not made the same so I am a little wary of this ambiguity. The last small pain point is that unlike most other PC vendors and boutique builders, Meta didn't give free shipping. Still, at the end of the day these are minor enough to proceed to the 5 stars rather than 4. Everything else you could think of to grade a PC and build service on is fantastic! The build quality provides a stable machine, the minimal bloatware on Windows (super pristine!), the cable management is superb, the packaging was solid, the shipping, the before delivery experience, and Victor from support successfully helped me get everything up and running with the touch screen, even calling me back for a follow up. As they say: Everything is Awesome!

The team at Meta was wonderful. I had a couple of questions before ordering and their team was fantastic to speak with and get answers from. The process of pickup was seamless as well. The PC was tested and updated in front of me and I just cannot say enough nice things about the team.

I ordered a custom PC for my job in the cybersecurity industry, and the team went above and beyond to meet my needs. Although they primarily cater to the gaming industry, one outstanding employee, Kenny, was incredibly helpful. Even when he didn't have an answer right away, he did his research and assisted me on his day off. The entire order process, from start to finish, was seamless and fast. I would, and will, recommend them to anyone!

I couldn't be happier! They are the only PC manufacturer that I could find that offered a military discount, but they also have the most amazing customer service I've ever seen. They worked with me for about a month to figure out how to ship the computer to me and they stuck with me the whole way where others would have just left me to figure it out on my own! They help me with my second build that had a small mistake that they resovled with a magic wave of the screwdriver and it was done. They made me feel welcome and answered all questions with enthusiasm. Was extremely happy with with the environment, Kenny was especially helpful through lou the process 10/10

The customer service is really good and they make sure you are happy with your PC. If you are local, I highly recommend bringing in your gaming gear and doing a functions test before you leave the store. They are happy to walk you through everything to make sure everything is working properly. Also, make sure you do your research on each part you order. I was not happy with the case I chose (my fault). Fyi, if you use an external payment plan, you won't be able to swap parts for a refund (not meta pcs fault). Read the details and disclaimers. Update: They swapped my case with a new one free of charge, despite me using an external payment system, and no labor charge for the switch. The customer service is amazing.

Tuesday 3/18 about 2pm I went in to the Phoenix location after talking to Kenny a couple times over the phone and picked up the MADDOX50 Beast Machine! Everything was Great as expected, updates with the PC went Perfect! I am Very Happy!

This was the best experience of purchasing a perbuilt computer I have ever had. The staff are very friendly and helpful, they anwser all my questions and even ask me questions I didn't think of. They were great on the final setup so all I have to do is plug it all in and turn it on. Thank you all for a great experience.

Brought 2 pcs from this place from the location in Gilbert, one used and one new. Came back to return the used one as some of the parts doesn't work and just paid the difference for the new. Kenny helped us and was so friendly and easy going. Definitely would come back in the future. Got the Ember (new) and the Omen (used). Returned the Omen (used) and upgraded to the Ember Frost (new). Can't wait to decorate my area around the new PC!!

Called after seeing ads for these guys for a while. I’ve always built my own PC’s but with current hardware shortages and how much I work I looked into Meta PCs. The pricing wasn’t too far off me building at home and I got a tailored experience. I went down to the shop on harbor and met with Kenny. I asked very specific questions about each part of the build, we talked about what I play and other uses for my system and how my hardware choices mattered with that in mind. We came to a build $50 under my budget after shaving off some unnecessary things I didn’t need. Kenny made the end to end experience amazing. He’s even been following up over text messages for my special order case. I can’t wait to go get my new pc in a week or so once everything comes in. I will update again after I have my pc for a bit.

Pre Ordered a PC but, the build was coming in on a day where I was working and I didn’t have anyone else to sign the package. Called the guys over at Meta PCs and they just made my day. My build was ready but, they were in the final stages of shipping it out. Based on my predicament, they were willing to let me pick it up from the shop! I found out about them through a YouTube ad and decided to try them out for my current PC Build. First employee that helped me out was Drew.
