We’d like to Welcome you into the META PCs family. Effective immediately, META PCs will adopt any LYTE Gaming PCs customers and cover you under our Lifetime Support and Service warranty. We will assist with any hardware returns within manufacturer warranty, and you won’t pay us a dime for labor.

- The hardware warranty for Lyte PCs is covered under the original manufacturer warranty only. If you experience any issues covered under the manufacturer warranty, META PCs will provide the necessary assistance to get the parts repaired or replaced by the manufacturer.
- META PCs will offer Service and support for the lifetime of your LYTE PC. This includes Email and phone support, during typical business hours, as well as any labor for systems shipped or delivered to META PCs. Original Copy of Lyte Gaming PC Required For Service.
- Lyte Customer will cover all shipping costs to and from META PCs headquarters if hardware needs to be repaired or replaced. Customers can also bring it in person to our Phoenix Arizona Office during business hours listed above.
- You will never pay us for Labor for any Lyte PC. Simply provide a copy of your Lyte Gaming PC Order, or invoice when requesting service.
- META PCs will not replace any hardware that is deemed to be out of Manufacturer warranty, or any circumstance that would disqualify hardware from manufacturer warranties (physical damage, spills, fire, etc).
