Took my pc in to get some help with an issue I was having. They completely resolved my issue in less than 24 hours of having my rig. 1000% will bring my pc back if anything else goes wrong. Customer service? The best, especially Kenny. Can’t say enough good things about Kenny and the establishment as a whole. Their prices are phenomenal as well. They even resolved some secondary issues I had no idea I was having.

My husband usually builds all our PCs, but with graphics cards being hard to find he started researching pre-builts and came upon MetaPC. We took a drive out there. Right away found a pc that checked all the boxes, the staff was incredibly helpful in getting it setup (he even turned the lights pink for me when he heard me saying it’s my favorite color!), and we were on our way home within the hour with my new computer. We will 100% be going back if a pre-built is the direction we take again!

Great service and advice.

I came in for an issue with my own built PC that I've been having issues with software. After troubleshooting i looked around for pricing on PC repairs and thought of these guys from tiktok, and thankfully they did work on repairs! They quoted me 99 dollars and were so assuring in their work and very nice and reasonable. After some time they saw the issue and I came by. They offered to place the CPU in for me for ease of mind without extra charge as included in the original pricing and were so professional. I loved it all, i just wish the location was closer to me and i would've taken up on that offer, but a CPU swap isn't that big of a deal for me. Again, thank you guys, the PCs on display were so cool and if i was in the market for one, I'd go here in a heartbeat.

Not only is the computer worth every penny but more, post purchase customer service is second to none. My interactions with Cooper and Kyle, so amazing! They love what they do, they’re amazing at it and there is obvious ‘pride in ownership.’ I even asked about getting a ‘non gaming’ computer and initially was told, ‘it might be more cost effective to get a Dell, etc’. When I told him the video editing I do, he lit up. My point t is there is great integrity in all they do.

Went in to the shop after seeing their presence on Social Media and was impressed! Knowledgeable and friendly staff with displays that allow you to take a direct look at some systems and accessories. Great customer service, if you get Drew, he's going to do everything he can to make your purchase as smooth as possible, and after the fact is there to answer any questions. I was torn between Meta PCs or another big name like Starforge, but I have no regrets and in the future plan on making use of Meta PCs. They go above and beyond to make your dream computer a reality, prices are competitive, and time for assembly seems reasonable. Would recommend to anyone, the fact they are Veteran owned is just icing on top.

Recently upgraded my rig I built myself from 2017 with a prebuilt from meta. The new computer has great specs for the price I was expecting with a new 5080. Staff was nice and answered all my questions prior to purchasing in store. Would recommend.

Justin and crew are all great guys. I talked their heads off for literal hours and asked a million questions, all of which they had answers for. Came in feeling a bit clueless and left feeling ready to go. Aside from the business side of things, everyone was ready to talk about games, cars, and whatever else. The guys at META‘s Phoenix location are passionate and down to Earth, can‘t recommend dealing with them enough.

Ordered a prebuilt pc off the website, and it was ready for pick up the next day. Noah helped me when I got there to pick it up, and he walked me through everything I need for my new pc. Im completely new to pc gaming, so he took the time to update everything I would never of thought to of to update. I also needed a keyboard and we had a little setba k with getting one, but Noah worked his magic and got me exactly what I wanted. I couldn't recommend this place more. Have my pc since begining of January. Runs perfectly. I use it for games and My design cad program. It runs 14 hours day & with cooler for cpu it keeps the cpu under 100 90% of the time. Highly recommend META PCS for any new builds, upgrades, or even repairs.

I had a awsome experience. I brought my pc in, and even though it was the end of the week on busy days, the got it finished by Monday, and was able to find the problem, clean my pc up, and replace the power supply for just one hours worth of time.

This is an awesome spot for you PC needs. I took my old PC in for crashing issues and the customer service was amazing. I ended up deciding to buy a new PC from them instead and their pre built PCs are amazing so far. Mine is running great NO CRASHES and very affordable IMO. I’m a beginner who built his own computer for the first time and had an issue with the computer freezing, they were able to diagnose and figure out it was a bad motherboard. Had it replaced and stressed tested and runs amazing. Highly recommend.
