So I waited awhile to post my review just to see if anything would happen and it’s held up, the few problems I did have were user error. They built a clean PC and it shipped really secure everything was tight, NZXT shipped me a PC with loose cables. When I needed assistance for my user errors they kept their cool at my frustration and helped me with my problems over text. And to not lose your cool at my anger is a task in itself. If you’re looking for a PC Meta is the way to go

I called over the phone a they assisted me and suggested I come into to get the issue resolved. They fixed the issue in a well time manner would 100% recommend to anyone needing a repair! Purchased my first PC at the gilbert location. Sales person knew exactly what prebuild to recommend for my budget and needs.

Had a minor issue and Spoke with Victor who helped me trouble shoot and was extremely helpful and patient. Ultimately i needed to send in my PC where Alejandro worked on it. He too was helpful and patient, asking questions to help confirm that my issue gets resolved before shipping back. Both of these guys were great at communicating and reaching out to me. I have my PC back and it is working flawlessly. I would recommend people doing business with this company solely based on the customer service.

Been wanting a pc for 5 years and didn’t know where to start or where to go. My pc had been extremely framey, in which case couldnt ay almost anything. This was an ongoing issue no matter where i went ot what i searched. I had heard of meta pc off an ad so i checked it out. Not only did they help solve my issue but also gave me some extra assistance that wasnt necessary but very much appreciated. They helped me alot and i will definitely be going to meta pc more often.

I had wanted a good gaming PC for a while now and have been seeing MetaPC ads for a long time! Once I learned they were local to Phoenix and had multiple showrooms nearby I knew I was going to have to go check them out when it was finally time to purchase! I finally got enough money recently for the PC I wanted and went to their Phoenix showroom and I couldn't be happier with my experience! The guys over there were really awesome and helped me walk out the same day with my brand new PC! Highly recommend for anyone in the market for a great PC!

Awesome experience with the team, they helped me pick something out that works with parts I already have. They even made sure it wouldn’t bottleneck with those parts! The computer repairman, salesman told me options since my computer was old, and wondered whether I should buy a refurbished computer, but he did not pressure me. He methodically repaired it, replacing many parts and he was very reasonable cost wise. I'll be back some day. Awesome job, interaction!! Blessings!!!

I received outstanding service! My water-cooled PC was leaking, and the team at META PCs fixed it quickly while keeping me informed every step of the way. They’re incredibly people-focused and go out of their way to make you feel comfortable and taken care of. Other PC stores turned me away as soon as they heard I had a water-cooled system, but META PCs welcomed me with open arms and treated my issue with care. I’ll definitely be coming back!

I was new to pc as of September and I gave meta pc’s a try. I have seen them on tictok and liked the videos they posted. My first pc was the BLAYZE and I fell in love with the system but wanted more for my setup I was trying to accomplish. I upgraded a few months later to the RUTHLESS. They made trade in so easy and gave me the specs I was looking for! A few months later I wanted to change up my case and try a different cpu! Meta was there to guide me the whole way thru every process with professional advice and more than awesome customer service! I brought my son's gaming laptop here to get a refresh on storage and memory. The crew did a fantastic job upgrading the SSD drive and memory modules. They kept us updated on the progress the entire time, which was very nice; no guessing on the status! Fair pricing, extremely knowledgeable, and very friendly. Meta PCs has always done right by me. I had an issue with a computer they sold to me and when I told them what was wrong, they asked questions to further understand. Once I dropped my PC off, they got back to me after a few days and spoke about what was wrong and why it happened. They even took a few hours to play Monster Hunter Wilds to see if they could get it to crash again after finding the fix and called me every 30 minutes to give an update. Great customer service!

Shoutout to Cooper and Marcus. Brought my PC in with some boot issues, and Marcus initially ran some quick diagnostics to try and rule some things out for free, thinking it was the MOBO. Unfortunately had to bring it back in a couple days in later and leave it with them to check a little more in depth, turned out the CPU had died (shoutout Cooper for his help). Appreciated their extended help alongside fair pricing. Definitely would come back if I experienced future issues I needed help troubleshooting.
