I had asked for a very specific build and from start to finish these folks were absolute professionals. Communication was stellar and they answered my every question, most times on the spot but if they were not 100% about an answer they would verify before replying (which took no time at all). My 2 PC’s, monitor, and speakers shipped on a Wednesday and I received them the following Saturday afternoon, and let me tell you…the one custom PC I ordered is a masterpiece and runs like no other PC I’ve ever owned. I was able to walk in and walk out with the computer I needed. No hassle at all. I told them my budget, they made great recommendations based on my gaming preferences and budget. They didn’t try and upset me unnecessary add ons either. When I got the computer home, I had some problems so I called them and they walked me through everything to solve the problem. Great products, friendly and knowledgeable staff. But the Peoria location needs more staff, had to wait to pick up my new pc the next day because their tech team had to support the Phoenix location. They should also keep a small inventory of their laptops at each location too.

Ultimately, great place and great stuff, great people. Would definitely recommend.

I recently took my PC to Meta PC near the airport in Phoenix, and they were fantastic. My AIO cooler’s LCD screen was flickering, so I took it in. They were super transparent, explaining everything what was going on, what they’d do, and how I could save money in the process. They walked me through each step so I could make the best decision. Dominic, who helped me, was awesome he was helpful from my first call all the way to the end. If you need any PC work or are considering an upgrade, I highly recommend them, they’re the people you want!
