Brought 2 pcs from this place from the location in Gilbert, one used and one new. Came back to return the used one as some of the parts doesn't work and just paid the difference for the new. Kenny helped us and was so friendly and easy going. Definitely would come back in the future. Got the Ember (new) and the Omen (used). Returned the Omen (used) and upgraded to the Ember Frost (new). Can't wait to decorate my area around the new PC!!

Called after seeing ads for these guys for a while. I’ve always built my own PC’s but with current hardware shortages and how much I work I looked into Meta PCs. The pricing wasn’t too far off me building at home and I got a tailored experience. I went down to the shop on harbor and met with Kenny. I asked very specific questions about each part of the build, we talked about what I play and other uses for my system and how my hardware choices mattered with that in mind. We came to a build $50 under my budget after shaving off some unnecessary things I didn’t need. Kenny made the end to end experience amazing. He’s even been following up over text messages for my special order case. I can’t wait to go get my new pc in a week or so once everything comes in. I will update again after I have my pc for a bit.

Pre Ordered a PC but, the build was coming in on a day where I was working and I didn’t have anyone else to sign the package. Called the guys over at Meta PCs and they just made my day. My build was ready but, they were in the final stages of shipping it out. Based on my predicament, they were willing to let me pick it up from the shop! I found out about them through a YouTube ad and decided to try them out for my current PC Build. First employee that helped me out was Drew. I couldn't find exactly what I wanted through their "Custom PC Builder" screen. I sent an email with a New Egg list of about what I was looking for and he was able to get me an Equivalent build. It was ready in 9 Days and they were willing to run through start up drivers for me before I left with computer in hand.

Got a custom build through Meta PCs and the experience was amazing. Everyone that I spoke to and met with was extremely knowledgeable and professional. Was never pressured or even encouraged to spend any more than I had originally told them. The actual quality of the PC is great, no damage on any components, tested very thoroughly. If you are willing to spend the premium for a custom or pre built PC, Meta will make it worthwhile. Service and warranty are amazing.

Yeah, this is a pretty nice company. When I bought my first META PC, it came in with some kinda problem. It would turn on, but my monitors kept saying it had no power. To keep the story short, I contacted META PCs support team, and they got back to me in like, literally 20 minutes I think. We did some short talking, I told them my problem, and they just asked me to return the PC, in return for a newer/better model. They have great customer support, and the PC i have is nice. Took my pc in to get some help with an issue I was having. They completely resolved my issue in less than 24 hours of having my rig. 1000% will bring my pc back if anything else goes wrong. Customer service? The best, especially Kenny. Can’t say enough good things about Kenny and the establishment as a whole. Their prices are phenomenal as well. They even resolved some secondary issues I had no idea I was having.

My husband usually builds all our PCs, but with graphics cards being hard to find he started researching pre-builts and came upon MetaPC. We took a drive out there. Right away found a pc that checked all the boxes, the staff was incredibly helpful in getting it setup (he even turned the lights pink for me when he heard me saying it’s my favorite color!), and we were on our way home within the hour with my new computer. We will 100% be going back if a pre-built is the direction we take again!

I came in for an issue with my own built PC that I've been having issues with software. After troubleshooting i looked around for pricing on PC repairs and thought of these guys from tiktok, and thankfully they did work on repairs! They quoted me 99 dollars and were so assuring in their work and very nice and reasonable. After some time they saw the issue and I came by. They offered to place the CPU in for me for ease of mind without extra charge as included in the original pricing and were so professional. I loved it all, i just wish the location was closer to me and i would've taken up on that offer, but a CPU swap isn't that big of a deal for me. Again, thank you guys, the PCs on display were so cool and if i was in the market for one, I'd go here in a heartbeat.

Not only is the computer worth every penny but more, post purchase customer service is second to none. My interactions with Cooper and Kyle, so amazing! They love what they do, they’re amazing at it and there is obvious ‘pride in ownership.’ I even asked about getting a ‘non gaming’ computer and initially was told, ‘it might be more cost effective to get a Dell, etc’. When I told him the video editing I do, he lit up. My point t is there is great integrity in all they do.

Great customer service, if you get Drew, he's going to do everything he can to make your purchase as smooth as possible, and after the fact is there to answer any questions. I was torn between Meta PCs or another big name like Starforge, but I have no regrets and in the future plan on making use of Meta PCs. They go above and beyond to make your dream computer a reality, prices are competitive, and time for assembly seems reasonable. Would recommend to anyone, the fact they are Veteran owned is just icing on top.
