I purchased one of the pre builts, the ember50. Excellent price and I picked it up the next day at the Gilbert store. Customer service was excellent and he made sure I was familiar with the system before I left.

Was carefully packaged and have nothing short of a fantastic first pc experience. I tried to get an autograph from Zach and they were more than willing to do so. (I just didn’t respond in time) I love the colors and the performance, the lack of too much bloat wear. It was incredible. I also got a letter from them that somehow made the feeling of my first pc that more special. Their YouTube videos helped me with set up and even guided me into which pc I was going to get. The META EMBER 50 I feel is a great starter pc and the case is big enough for hardware upgrades although for me all I need is a 5060. Thank you META PC’s you’ll hear from me again when my wife wants to stop playing sims 4 on her laptop.
These guys did a great job specially Connor. I did a case swap and updated multiple parts. The build was super clean, it had amazing cable management, and everything worked as expected. They took the time to go over part options in real time to fit my needs. Work was quick and they kept me updated every step of the way. Pricing was extremely competitive and I felt like I got more back in quality than what I paid. I wouldn’t even consider another company if you need a system worked on!!

Called in and went to META PCs Phoenix on a holiday. They were super thorough in giving me am estimate to fix my 2018 laptop but also were realistic that it probably needed to be replaced. The technician, Cooper, kept me updated via call and text. Ultimately, I got a pre-built PC from them and the time spent analyzing my old laptop was included as part of that sale. Best part was that recycling my old laptop was also included! Super nice people, incredibly personable and professional. I haven’t tested out my Ember PC graphics yet but I am sure I will be pleased.
