Marketing Admin

META PCs is a PC company that builds award-winning custom PCs for gamers, enthusiasts, and professionals. We build custom high-performance PCs and provide world-class support. META PCs is comprised of industry veterans that have helped grow the professionally-built PC market.

META PCs is looking for an innovative, hardworking, and talented Marketing Admin to help support the Marketing team and to be part of a fast-growing and innovative company with lots of potential growth opportunities.

Marketing Admin Responsibilities and Expectations:

  • Ensure all marketing invoices are being paid on time and on budget
  • Ensure any new affiliates are entered as new vendors
  • Assist in gathering proof of performance material and reporting for Marketing Development Fund (MDF) partners
  • Assist in submitting MDF related Claims to partner portals
  • Help manage game promo code inventory
  • Manage and respond to general in-coming email marketing requests
  • Assist in creating the necessary paperwork to ship and return marketing systems
  • Assist in keeping Marketing component inventory spreadsheet up-to-date
  • Assist in providing day-to-day support to partners, projects, and colleagues and produces deliverables
  • Assists with providing written deliverables and distributes materials (i.e. summary reports, proposals) by
    conducting and analyzing research on a variety of related issues
  • Good understanding of computer hardware in desktops and laptops
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
  • Good understanding of Windows OS and video games
  • Strong time management skills and the ability to multitask and manage multiple projects

Content Specialist

META PCs is looking for an innovative, hardworking, and talented Content Specialist to help create additional content for the META PCs website and all social channels and to be part of a fast-growing company with lots of potential growth opportunities. This includes shooting, editing, and creating videos and or photography of stunning custom PCs and other new products.

Content Specialist Responsibilities and Expectations:

  • Shoot and capture videos of new and current products that highlight product features
  • Shoot photography of new and current products
  • Direct, record and edit new product related videos to add to the META PCs YouTube Channel using Adobe Premier
  • Create and edit new product related photography and digital assets using Photoshop and or Lightroom
  • Ensure all content meets META PCs branded guidelines
  • Ensure all new captured content is organized for all team members to access
  • Ensure all new captured content is backed up properly
  • Create custom content for partners and influencers when requested
  • Good understanding of computer hardware in desktops and laptops
  • Good understanding of Windows OS and video games
  • Strong time management skills and the ability to multitask and manage multiple projects

Shipping Specialist

META PCs is looking for innovative, hardworking, and talented individuals to help drive an exciting PC company. A passion for PC hardware is required.

Shipping Specialist Responsibilities and Expectations:

Provide comprehensive reports on community feedback, issues, concerns and trends to stakeholders in order to address the communities’ needs.

  • Constantly monitor and moderate within community channels (Reddit, Discord, Twitter, Facebook, etc.) to maintain positive environments for our customers to participate in.
  • Actively participate in the creation of content (including assets, events, livestreams, videos, webposts) and messaging to be published through our websites and community channels
  • Manage our relationship with our community partners, such as fan sites, external forums and community destinations for our brands, as well as every volunteer network.
  • Consistently stimulate the conversation across all departments regarding META PCs community strategy, and ensure all departments are working towards developing a clear and healthy relationship with our communities.
  • Other duties as assigned

Full time position. Generate outbound business sales of high performance computers and peripherals. Focus on markets such as: government, education and digital video entertainment. Manage customer relationships. Keep up to date on the latest technology and trends. Work with Purchasing and Engineering teams to keep offerings up to date.

Full time position located in Phoenix, Arizona. Work in the manufacturing department. Assemble hardware and install computer software. Build customer computers to provide the best experience in the industry.

  • Experience with computer tech and components
