The Borderlands 4 Gaming PC Giveaway (“Giveaway”) is sponsored solely by META PC, LLC (“Sponsor”).
This Giveaway is open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia, who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, directors, and agents of the Sponsor, Gearbox Software LLC, NVIDIA Corporation, and their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, sibling) or individuals residing in the same household are not eligible to participate. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.
The Giveaway begins at 12:00 AM Pacific Time on September 5, 2025, and ends at 11:59 PM Pacific Time on September 30, 2025 (“Giveaway Period”).
Participants may enter the Giveaway on any of the following platforms: Instagram, X (formerly Twitter), or TikTok by completing all of the following steps:
Limit one (1) entry per person per platform. Multiple entries on the same platform, use of automated systems, or fraudulent methods of entry will result in disqualification. All entries must comply with the platform’s community guidelines and terms of use.
One (1) Grand Prize will be awarded:
The winner will be selected in a random drawing conducted by the Sponsor from among all eligible entries received during the Giveaway Period. The drawing will take place on or about October 1, 2025.
The potential winner will be contacted via direct message on the platform through which they entered. The selected winner must respond and claim the prize within 24 hours of initial contact. If a winner does not respond within 24 hours, or is found to be ineligible or otherwise not in compliance with these Official Rules, an alternate winner may be selected at Sponsor’s sole discretion.
Upon confirmation of eligibility and receipt of a valid U.S. mailing address, the prize will be shipped via a trackable delivery service. Shipping will occur within one (1) business day following confirmation. Sponsor will cover standard shipping costs. Sponsor is not responsible for any delays, damage, or loss during transit.
By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which shall be final and binding in all matters related to the Giveaway.
Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Giveaway, or to be acting in violation of these Official Rules or in a disruptive manner.
If, for any reason, the Giveaway is not capable of running as planned, including but not limited to infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, force majeure events, or any other causes beyond the reasonable control of the Sponsor that corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of the Giveaway. Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Giveaway and, if necessary, to select a winner from among all eligible, non-suspect entries received prior to such action.
By entering, participants agree to release, discharge, indemnify, and hold harmless the Sponsor, Gearbox Software LLC, and Instagram, X, TikTok, and their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including attorneys’ fees) arising from or related to participation in the Giveaway or acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize.
The Released Parties are not responsible for:
(i) any incorrect or inaccurate information;
(ii) technical failures of any kind;
(iii) unauthorized human intervention;
(iv) any error in administration or processing;
(v) injury or damage to persons or property caused directly or indirectly by participation in the Giveaway or receipt or use of the prize.
All federal, state, and local taxes associated with prize acceptance and use are the sole responsibility of the winner.
This Giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with Instagram, X (formerly Twitter), or TikTok. By entering, you release each of those platforms from any and all liability related to this Giveaway.
This Giveaway is governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located within that jurisdiction.
